Elementary Admissions
- The 2008–2009 Bellevue Montessori School academic school
year begins early September 2008 and ends mid–June 2009.
- Admission to the academic and childcare program is subject
to a contractual commitment for the entire academic year.
Application and Enrollment
- Bellevue Montessori School welcomes all children. We do not
discriminate with respect to race, creed, color, national origin,
gender, age or physical ability.
- For new applicants, a parent is required to attend a scheduled
parent tour prior to application.
- Each applicant will be considered for acceptance upon submission
of an Application for Enrollment and
a non-refundable application fee of $150.
- New applicants must attend an interview and a half-day classroom visit.
- Applicants who have applied by Feb. 28 and have met the
acceptance requirements will be sent Enrollment
Contracts by early March. Those who apply after Feb. 28 will be
accepted
on a space–available basis.
- Enrollment is secured by returning a signed Enrollment
Contract and 10% of the annual tuition by May 1
and an additional 10% of the annual tuition by June 1.
- Students new to the Elementary program are required to attend
at least one session of summer school.

Childcare
- Activity Club provides before-school and after–school
childcare on all school days (7:15 – 8:30 a.m. and
3:00 – 5:45 p.m.), and full-day care on certain
school holidays.

Tuition Payment Terms
- Tuition is an annual charge to be paid in ten equal
payments, due in its entirety regardless of absence due
to illness, vacations, or any other circumstances. The
payment schedule is as follows:
- Payment #1 is due May 1.
- Payment #2 is due June 1.
- Payments #3–#10 are due the first school
day of each month from September 2008 through April
2009.
