Application & Admissions Summary |

School Year
- The Bellevue Montessori School academic school
year begins in early September and ends in mid–June .
- Admission is subject
to a contractual commitment for the entire academic year.
- The Elementary Program is offered at our Park and Pine Lake
campuses.
Application and Enrollment Checklist
- Registration for students currently enrolled in a Bellevue
Montessori program opens on the first day of school in January.
Admission for new students opens on January 15. After
January 15 registration will be considered in the order in which
complete applications are submitted.
- For students new to the Bellevue Montessori Elementary
Program, at least one parent must attend a school
tour before submitting an application.
- To apply for admission, all students must submit
- a completed
Application for Enrollment,
- a completed
Enrollment Contract, and
- a deposit of 10% of the annual tuition, by a check made
payable to "Bellevue Montessori School." For new
students, the deposit will be held pending a decision on
admission.
- For students new to the Bellevue Montessori Elementary
Program, the application for admission must also
include
- The Admissions Committee will make a
preliminary decision on the application of a student new to the
Bellevue Montessori Elementary Program after receiving all of the
information required for a complete application.
After receiving notice of a preliminary decision to approve
admission, you must schedule your student for a half-day
classroom visit.
- After a new student completes a classroom visit, the
Admissions Committee will make a final decision on admission and
notify you by email or letter. If a student is approved
for admision, your application deposit will be processed as
a partial payment of the annual tuition. This payment is
not refundable.
- On or before May 1, you must submit
- Students new to the elementary program are encouraged to
attend one or more sessions of the summer school program.
Tuition Schedule
Activity Club,
available at both the
Park Campus and the
Pine Lake Campus, provides before-school and after–school
childcare on all school days and full-day care on certain
school holidays.

Tuition Payment Terms
|
Tuition is an annual charge to be paid in ten equal
payments. The annual tuition is due in its entirety regardless of absence due
to illness, vacations, or any other circumstances. The
payment schedule is as follows:
- Payment #1 must be submitted with the Application for Enrollment
and the Enrollment Contract. This payment is not
refundable. For new students, this payment is not refundable after
the Admission Committee approves a student's application
for admission.)
- Payment #2 is due May 1. This payment is not
refundable.
- Payments #3 - #7 are due the first school
day of each month from September through April.
