Kindergarten Application & Enrollment Summary

The Bellevue Montessori School academic school year begins in early September and ends in mid–June .
Admission to the academic and childcare program is subject to a contractual commitment for the entire academic year.
The Kindergarten Program is offered at our Park and Pine Lake campuses in conjunction with out Elementary Program. Kindergarten students also are part of our Pre-Elementary Program at the Main Campus.

Enrollment Requirements

Child must be 5 years old by August 31 of the year of admission.
Child must demonstrate a willingness to cooperate and follow classroom expectations.

Application and Enrollment

Registration for students currently enrolled in a Bellevue Montessori program opens on the first day of school in January. Admission for new students opens on January 15. After January 15 registration will be considered in the order in which complete applications are submitted.
For students new to the Park or Pine Lake campus programs, at least one parent must attend a school tour before submitting an application.
To apply for admission, you must submit
- a completed Application for Enrollment,
- a completed Enrollment Contract, and
- a deposit of 10% of the annual tuition, by a check made payable to "Bellevue Montessori School."
On or before May 1, you must submit
- an additional payment of 10% of the annual tuition (This payment is not refundable.)
- a completed Health Information Form, a completed Immunization record, and Consent for Emergency Treatment.
Students enrolling in the Kindergarten Program at the Park Campus or the Pine Lake Campus are encouraged to attend at least one session of the Summer School Program.

Elementary Program and Activity Club Tuition

Activity Club, available at both the Park Campus and the Pine Lake Campus, provides before-school and after–school childcare on all school days and full-day care on certain school holidays.

Tuition Payment Terms

Tuition is an annual charge to be paid in ten equal payments. The annual tuition is due in its entirety regardless of absence due to illness, vacations, or any other circumstances. The payment schedule is as follows:

Payment #1 is due with the application for enrollment. This payment is not refundable.
Payment #2 is due on or before May 1. This payment is not refundable.
Payments #3 - #10 are due the first school day of each month from September through April.
