School Year
- The Bellevue Montessori School academic school
year begins in early September and ends in mid–June.
- Admission to the academic and childcare program is subject
to a contractual commitment for the entire academic year.
Admission Requirements
- Children must turn 3 years old by December 31.
- Children must be toilet trained.
- Children must demonstrate a willingness to cooperate and to meet
expectations for classroom behavior.
Application and Enrollment Checklist
- Registration for currently enrolled children begins on the
first day of school in January. After January 15, children
will be enrolled in the order of completed applications
- For families new to Bellevue Montessori, at least one parent must attend a tour
of the school before submitting an application.
- To apply for enrollment, you must submit

Academic Program Tuition and Fees
- School Day Program (9:00 AM to 2:45 PM)
- School Day Program and Activity Club (7:15 AM to 5:45
PM)
- Half Day Program (morning or afternoon)
- Half Day Morning Program (9:00 AM to 11:45 AM)
- Available only to children who are younger
than 4 years on the first day of school.
- Half Day Afternoon Program (11:45 AM to 2:30 PM)
- Available only to children who are 3 or
4 years old on the first day of the school year.

Tuition Payment Terms
|
Tuition is an annual charge to be paid in ten equal
payments. The annual tuition is due in its entirety regardless of absence due
to illness, vacations, or any other circumstances. The
payment schedule is as follows:
- Payment #1 is due with the application for enrollment.
This payment is not refundable.
- Payment #2 is due on or before May 1. This
payment is not refundable.
- Payments #3 - #10 are due the first school
day of each month from September through April.
